What is the Import Procedure ?
Buyer intends the model and the quantity required. We submit the competitive pricing and upon confirmation, Proforma invoice if required can be issued. Buyer wires the funds to our account

English Manual, Software in English complete with accessories like charger, Battery and CD-ROM, MM Card etc., as applicable.
Dual Band  - 900/1800 MHz , Triband     – 900/ 1800/1900 MHz

Type of Chargers
Chargers - 3 pin UK type or  Euro 2 pin  110V- 220V based on the model. 
 Australian V type flat pin and American 110 V chargers are not supplied and the buyer has to arrange separately for the adaptors.

We strictly do not sell and or ship free or paid Samples

Minimum Order Quantity
100 units per model 

Payment 
We accept only Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer) as the only instrument of payment
We DO NOT accept Credit Card, Cheque, Escrow, L/C etc.

Duties and Taxes   
The following charges if  applicable shall be borne by the importer at their respective country
 1. The customs duty , if any
 2. VAT or the Local Taxes if applicable
 3. Handling charges at your Airport
 For European Union (EU) stocks are T1 Status unless otherwise stated.

How does the Air Cargo charges is calculated ( Non – IATA tariff  Door to  to Airport) 
The shipping charges are based on two criteria
 1. Weight  of the shipment - Kg
 2. Volumetric weight ( L X W X H / 6000 ) M3 
 The greater of the above two shall be taken by the Airlines to work out the shipping cost.

Volumetric weight VS Actual Weight
A box weighs 20 Kg and it’s dimensions are 80*55*45 cms.
Its chargeable weight shall be   =80*55*45/6000=33 Kg
and the airline will charge for 33 Kg and not 20KG

+45 kg , +100kg , +300 kg, +500kg , +1000 kgs
